I wanted to take the time to recognize Graystone and all of its employees. We had an A.C. leak upstairs that traveled down through the walls. Destroying several areas of our ceiling,walls, and flooring. I have seen them around town for years and unfortunately it was my turn to have to use a Restoration Company. I am soooo glad I chose them. Nobody wants to have to go through this process. But, they turned a nightmare of a situation into a smooth and well communicated process. For that I am grateful. NICE WORK to the entire staff!!

Graystone was extremely professional and coordinated the job with our staff and other contractors that were involved in the project. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them as well!

The project manager was on top of his game. He communicated well and kept us abreast of the current events and what we could expect until conclusion. The contractors assigned to our task were professional, knowledgeable, industrious, and competent in completing their jobs. We were pleased with the services and results of Graystone.

Graystone Restoration did an amazing job restoring my townhouse after a pipe leak, including water damage and mold remediation. I had a renter moving in and they pulled together to have everything complete for the tenant to move in on time! Great team and I highly recommend them.

The people at Graystone were a breath of fresh air in a very difficult situation. Crystal Martinez was our contact and the person who ran our job. Her and her team are amazing! They care about their customers and it shows. These are some of the hardest working, caring, professional, individuals I have come to know. They cared for the contents of our home as if it were their own. They went the extra mile accommodating our needs where another company said no way, and they were not unreasonable request.They think outside the box to get the job done. I hope you never run into a flood like we did, or any other disaster, but if you do, you can put your trust in them. We certainly did. Gwen and Jim Lujan
